Refund / Cancellation

At smpavadadla.org, we are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for participants attending our events. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

Refund Policy

1. Event Registration Fees

  • Refunds for event registration fees will be processed only if the cancellation request is made at least 10 days prior to the event date.
  • Refund requests made within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the participant’s original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain administrative charges or processing fees may not be refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Event Cancellation by Participant

  • Participants may cancel their registration by submitting a formal request via the Contact Us page or emailing info@smpavadadla.org

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If an event is canceled by smpavadadla.org due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.
  • Participants will be notified promptly of any cancellations via their registered contact details.

3. Transfer of Registration

  • In case participants cannot attend, they may transfer their registration to another individual by notifying us at least 10 days prior to the event.
